Note: The following does not apply to subscription/recurring orders or orders shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses. Usually it takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Depending on the shipping option you selected, it will take an additional 1-3 days for your order to arrive. Please refer to the tracking number provided via email for updates.

What is your ship cadence for subscriptions?
We ship out subscription orders each Friday following your scheduled recurrence.
How do I sign up for a subscription plan?
On every item’s shop page, you can select the subscribe option. From there, you choose the quantity and recurrence.
How can I modify my subscription?
You can login to your account at the Subscription Manager page.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
Login to Subscription Manager to adjust subscription cadence, including cancellations.
What is difference between “My Account” and “Subscription Manager”?
My Account is your account for one-time purchases while Subscription Manager is to manage the details of your subscriptions. Not ideal, we know! As a means to simplify, we recommend keeping login information as consistent as possible.
Is there a tracking # for my order?
A tracking number will be provided via email once your shipment delivery is scheduled.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship anywhere across the United States. Contact us at info@discountstampmart.com if interested in shipping beyond the US.
How long does it take to receive my order?
An expected ship timing will be provided when selecting ship preference at checkout. Shipping times may vary from estimated timing due to distance and unexpected issues from the shipping company. Therefore, we recommend you reference your tracking number to follow your order’s status.

How do the coupon codes work?

What is your return policy?
Since we sell perishable goods, we do not accept returns. Your experience is a priority and we would love to hear from you if you are not pleased with your purchase. Please email us at info@discountstampmart.com within 30 days of your purchase.
What is your refund policy?
Gift cards are not refundable. To complete a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What do I do if refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your financial institution first as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@discountstampmart.com.

What is your policy on exchanges?

Any tips on brewing?
There are varying preferences to brewing. As a starting point, we recommend the below. Use fresh filtered water.
Tea: Use 1 tablespoon (2g) of tea per 8oz of water. Double for iced tea.
Coffee: Use 2 tablespoons (10g) of ground coffee per every 6oz of water. Adjust strength as desired
How should I store products?
We recommend keeping products in the supplied packaging or store in a fully sealed, airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Do not refrigerate.
How long does product stay fresh?
Coffee: Best taste is 2-10 days after roasting. Correctly stored whole beans keep most of flavor up to a month after roasting. However, common direction is that properly stored (with degassed bag) whole beans maintain freshness for up to 6-9 mos max. Once beans are ground, then it retains less flavor and freshness and can become stale within days max.
Loose Leaf Tea: Properly stored black tea can retain flavor for up to two years max, and one year max for green and white teas. In theory, if stored correctly, tea will never spoil, but will eventually taste stale.
What initiatives have you supported? How do you determine?
Our underlying purpose is to assist current urban youth in similar circumstances defy their odds in pursuit of living their best lives. One means of doing so is by contributing 5% of all profits to support initiatives that further this cause. As we scale up our business, we will create an opportunity to make a bigger impact and scale up our means of tangible and financial contributions. We also intend to be fully transparent on how we are contributing and will actively share updates within our communication platforms.
